Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Flowducts, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We process and ship most orders within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

If you receive a defective product, please refer to our limited product warranty for assistance.

General Return and Exchange Guidelines

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date. After this period, returns or exchanges will not be processed.

For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unmarked, and undamaged, with the original packaging intact.
  • Items sold as a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a complete set.
  • Products labeled non-returnable or non-exchangeable do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
  • Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the customer’s responsibility.

This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

All returned items must be sent to Flowducts in their original condition. Additional fees may apply if the item shows signs of wear, improper use, missing parts, or damage caused by assembly errors or accidents.

If the return or exchange is due to a product defect, Flowducts will cover the return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.

If the return or exchange is due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The decision to approve returns or exchanges is at the sole discretion of Flowducts.

Important Notes:

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Returns that do not meet the above conditions will be denied.
  • Flowducts is not responsible for lost or unapproved returned goods.

For approved returns and exchanges, Flowducts will provide a prepaid return label along with step-by-step instructions. Please ensure that all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and any complimentary gifts are included.

Once your return or exchange is received, we will notify you via email. The item will be inspected, and you will be informed of the approval or denial based on its condition and our policy.

If approved:

  • Exchanges will be processed promptly.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1–3 business days. It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Please allow additional processing time.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider for updates.
